« A crucial problem which our companies will have to face in the next few years will be finding qualified staff who can ensure the continuity of the excellent microtechnology centre in the Jura region. Offering training courses, as good as they may be, is not enough to ensure the new generation of skills. We must first and foremost create vocations, get young people interested in jobs in microtechnology and promote these jobs to their parents and to society as a whole.
